ECT’s Online Resource Library was created specifically for teachers and designed to be:
A direct resource for road-tested theater games to use in the classroom to develop your students' communication and collaboration skills, and their creative thinking and problem solving skills.
A recipe for replicating specific arts integration mini-units in the classroom, designed by ECT teaching artists and classroom teachers, with “how-to” instructions, downloadable images and documents, and samples of student writing or performances.
A catalyst for generating new creative teaching ideas and arts integration activities - because we all know that one good idea can spark a whole host of others.
Please contact us with any questions you may have, for clarification on instructions, or to share any great ideas of your own.
We encourage you to check back often. We will be adding new resources on a regular basis.
Enchanted Circle Theater’s Arts Integration Library was developed in partnership with the Arts Integration Committee at Peck Full Service Community School and made possible through the very generous funding of the Frances R. Dewing Foundation and the Xeric Foundation. The site was created by Rachel Kuhn, written by Priscilla Kane Hellweg and Kate Carreiro, conceived of by Megan Harding, Priscilla Kane Hellweg, and Penni Cunningham, with support from Capstone students from the University of Massachusetts..
